Front Yard Landcaping

I completed this project in 2 days for about $200. Unfortunately, I picked the two hottest days of the summer to work on the project. I installed the irrigation for the landscaping and receive the boulders from a friend (Aaron). He also helped me transport the boulders with his truck and placement. Oh yeah, almost got bit by a snake that day.

New Kitchen

This kitchen is also shown on HGtv.com and rates a 4.0 on a scale of 1 -5. I did 90% of the work myself and saved $20,000. Total cost for the kitchen was $10,000 and that includes everthing because I gutted the room including the floor tile.
